Return & Refund Policy

At ECO JEEVAN, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging. Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Once approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Products that have been used, damaged due to misuse, customized, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for return or refund.
